Tusiyu is the winner of last iWeekend Madrid, a meeting during the weekend brought together entrepreneurs and professionals of all kinds of new technologies. The idea came from the brothers Jorge and Guillermo Alvaro Rey, and was developed during two days by all attendees at the event.
This is a free application with a simple goal: to plan meetings with friends, relatives or acquaintances. Guillermo Álvaro Rey explains, “we try to offer a really simple tool, and therefore usable by all types of audiences, although it is more focused on a young and dynamic profile.
To use Tusiyu no registration is required. To make a call, it is only necessary to complete a series of steps:
1. Create Event
2. Determine the day chosen
3. Noted when
4. Set the place using Google Maps technology.
5. Sending the URL information of the encounter to friends selected
Although the process of creating an event has been simplified to the maximum, has some shortcomings. First, step 4 is confusing, since it is not easy to determine where the event or navigating on the map or use the search, which only offers the option to search for restaurants. What if the event is, for example, in a private house?
